Service Fee: 9%
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel no later than 30 days before the start of your rental period. If you decide to cancel within this time frame, and the period can be re-rented, you will receive a full refund less a cancelation fee of 50% of the security deposit. If the cancellation period can not be rented, only 50% of the entire amount contracted shall be refunded.
Deposits: A $500 deposit is required for every stay. The security deposit plus 50% of the cost of your total stay is required to reserve the home. Please inquire for additional information.
Other Policies: Please inquire about pets, and children. We reserve the right to not rent the home if you are having more than 6 guests as our occupancy limit is 6 occupants. Guests bringing more than 6 occupants will be charged an additional $50 per person.
